Evan Liaskos Executive Chef / Director of Operations
As a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Evan oversees daily operations of the kitchen as well as all special events in both the restaurant and ballroom. With experiences which started with working as a young boy at the Cortlandt Colonial in many positions throughout the business and then stepping up to working in award winning establishments throughout the country, Evan can custom design a special menu sure to suit your tastes. Irene Liaskos Dining Room Manager
A graduate of the school of hospitality management of the University of New Haven, Irene can be found overseeing the restaurant’s Dining Room ensuring guest satisfaction. When she is not busy in the restaurant, she can be found in helping with overall banquet and special event operations
